Mince is so versatile – everyone has their favourite recipe. Grab a pack of our meat-free mince and recreate that bolognese or lasagne – you won’t be disappointed!
Preheat large pan to medium heat. Add 1 Tbs of vegetable oil.
Fry mince lightly for 10-12 minutes, gently stirring regularly until golden brown.
Tip: a dash more oil can be used mid-way through cook.
For best results, do not add water, other liquids or ingredients until mince is fully browned.
If stored frozen, thaw before use.
Not suitable to microwave.
