BEEF FREE GIRO

INGREDIENTS

  • 200gm Beef Free Chunks
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 4 tbsp hummus
  • 4 tbsp tzatziki
  • 4 pc pita bread

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Slice onion thinly. Reserve a third of it for later.
  2. In olive oil, fry the rest of the onion, crushed garlic and spices with the Beef Free Chunks
  3. Warm the pita bread in the oven
  4. Put a line of hummus and a line of tzatziki across each pita
  5. Top with lettuce, tomato slices and the reserved red onion
  6. Divide the Beef Free Chunks between each pita and fold the sides of the pita up to serve
