For a more tender, saucier product, add one tablespoon of vegetable oil and ½ cup of water OR ½ a cup of your favourite vegetable stock. Stir fry in a pan until the sauce reduces down and thickens and the product is well coated and heated through.
If you're cooking without a sauce, add a tablespoon of cooking oil and half a cup of water while cooking to ensure that the meat is kept tender. Heat for four minutes for crispy strips, but don’t overdo it, or they’ll get tough.
