For a more tender, saucier product, add one tablespoon of vegetable oil and ½ cup of water OR ½ a cup of your favourite vegetable stock. Stir fry in a pan until the sauce reduces down and thickens and the product is well coated and heated through.
If you're cooking without a sauce, add a tablespoon of cooking oil and half a cup of water while cooking to ensure that the meat is kept tender. Heat for four minutes for crispy strips, but don’t overdo it, or they’ll get tough.
The traditional lemon & thyme blend has a mild savoury flavour ideal for salads, sandwiches, pasta, pizza, kebabs, dippers, stir fry and risotto.
